NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the Downtown Development
Authority, will meet in open and public session on Thursday, August 17, 2023, at Ten-Thirty
o’clock (10:30) a.m., at SLED, 5367 I 49 S. Service Road, Opelousas, LA 70570 and that at such
time and place the Board of Commissioners will hold a regular monthly meeting for the following
purposes:

Roll Call
Synergy Sports Global Presentation
Adjourn
Next Meeting Date: Friday, August 25, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. on the campus of SLED.
