The night sky around the Yambilee Building is ablaze in colors as the annual Red White and Boom Independence Day celebration concludes with a giant fireworks show courtesy of the St. Landry Parish Government. Prior to the start of the fireworks the July 4th celebrants were enterteained by Louisiana bands Three Thirty-Seven, and Gerald Gruenig and the Gentilly Zydeco.
