6. Authorize the Council Clerk to place an order for minute books beginning with the year
   2025 thru year 2028 total cost $885.50.
7. Authorize a signed copy of all Cooperative Endeavor Agreements, Lease Agreements, and
   Intergovernmental Agreements be provided to the Council Clerk once signed, and decide if
