According to Sheriff Bobby J. Guidroz, “On April 17, 2023 narcotics detectives received information of a black male, later identified as Justin Narcisse, would be delivering Ecstasy pills to a location within St. Landry Parish. Detectives were able to identify Justin Narcisse as he arrived at the location.”
Detectives made contact with Justin Narcisse and a probable cause search on his vehicle was conducted. During the search, detectives located approximately 250 suspected MDMA pills, 9 red/tan capsules of suspected oxycodone and a Smith & Wesson .38 Caliber revolver.
The estimated street value of the illegal narcotics located is valued at approximately $300.00
Justin Narcisse was transported to the St. Landry Parish Jail and booked for Possession with intent to distribute schedule I CDS (MDMA), possession of schedule I CDS (marijuana), illegal carrying of weapons in the presence of CDS, possession of schedule II CDS (oxycodone) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
