On June 12, 2024, while on litter abatement detail, Richard Louis Deville
escaped custody in the area of Laurel Street near Eunice Poultry. Deville is a
black male, 5’11’’, 140 lbs. and slim build. His address of record is 821 Beaulah
Street, Apt. # 4-A, Eunice. Richard Louis Deville has been seen in the Eunice
area, though no information of where he may be living or hiding out.
