Event Information
CASA of St. Landry-Evangeline Inc. to host its 3rd Annual Father’s Day Walk on June 3rd with a Family Fun Day at Opelousas South City Park.
This is a collaborative effort of community partners to celebrate, encourage, and increase father involvement in our community.
Fatherhood walk begins at 9:30am.
Family Fun events will start at 10:30am which will include: Tug-of-war, 3-legged races, kickball, photo booth, face painting, bounce house, and more.
Vendors will be on site with community resources.
11am-1:30pm – BBQ Cook-off/lunch for families
The Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of St. Landry Parish speaks for abused and neglected children in the juvenile dependency process through the use of highly trained competent volunteers.
