Event Information
Singleton’s Pure Music Stage presents singers and songwriters Jackie Bristow of New Zealand and Indie folk artist Derrick Savoie. Dining Pop-Up by NuNu’s Creole Traditions, precedes 6-7:30 p.m.
“American Songwriter” hailed Bristow as “crafting some of the most beautiful, compelling Americana today.” Bristow’s performance at NUNU collective is her only Louisiana appearance on an 18-stop tour that crisscrosses the U.S.A.
Savoie is a Lafayette based musician who in 2015 branched out as a solo artist and collaborator. His resonant voice and creative guitar picking enliven with a tranquil energy and style.
Ticket cost is $20 and can be purchased in advance on eventbrite.com. Singleton’s Pure Music Stage performances are produced in partnership with Grand Coteau Front Porch.
Nunu’s Creole Tradition features the culinary talents of Chefs Joella LeBlanc and Maureen Little. The Aug. 2 menu features Smothered Okra, Rice, Baked Chicken, or Stuffed Pork Toast Sandwiches.
